Refund policy

At That'so Italy, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to make sure you get your favorite products as soon as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies.

For Quebec and Ontario, delivery is within 48h with free shipping on orders over CA $69,99 (after discounts and before taxes).

For the rest of Canada, delivery is within 4-7 days, with free shipping on orders over CA $80 (after discounts and before taxes).

For USA, we provide delivery within 4-7 days.

For U.S orders : Any customs fees for U.S. orders are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the shipping carrier. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by That’so Italy.

We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.

Shipping costs for orders under the specified amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you will be notified of any applicable fees before completing your purchase.

Packages are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time frames. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or issues with our shipping partners, will be communicated promptly.

OUT OF STOCK

Some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order includes both available and out-of-stock items, we will ship your entire order once all items are restocked. Alternatively, if you wish to receive the available items immediately, we can arrange for partial shipping, with the remaining items shipped once they are back in stock.

That'so Italy reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or delay any orders placed due to incorrect stock, pricing errors, or incorrect shipping charges. In such cases, we will notify you by email and offer a refund or allow you to modify the order accordingly.

We are not responsible for any issues related to delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
