OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: "THE ULTIMATE SUMMER GIVEAWAY" NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority (18+) at the time of entry. Employees of That'so Italy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on June 18, 2026, at 12:01 AM (EDT/HAE) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (EDT/HAE) (the "Contest Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER: Participants must follow at least one of the sponsor’s official accounts on Instagram @thatsoitaly or TikTok  @thatsoitaly and then choose one of the following methods:

• Option A (Purchase Method): Place any order on thatsoitaly.com during the Contest Period. Each eligible order grants one (1) entry. There is no minimum purchase required.

• Option B (Free Mail-In Method): Hand-write a unique 50-word essay explaining "Why I would love to win this giveaway", along with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and social media handles. Mail it in a postage-paid envelope to: That'so Italy, 9238 Bd Viau, Saint-Léonard, QC H1R 2V8, Canada. Each unique stamped envelope counts as one (1) entry.

4. THE PRIZE: There is one (1) grand prize package available to be won, consisting of: an Air Canada travel gift certificate valued at $1,800 CAD (The gift voucher is subject to Air Canada’s terms and conditions. Air Canada is neither a sponsor nor an administrator of this contest.), and two (2) That'so self-tanning body kits (including an award-winning self-tanning mousse and a double-sided application mitt). Total estimated retail value: 1925 $ CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw on August 3, 2026, from all eligible entries received (both automatic purchase entries and valid mail-in entries). The selected participant will be contacted by phone and email.  If the selected participant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days following the first contact attempt, refuses the prize, or fails the mathematical skill-testing question, another participant may be selected.

6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (Canadian Law): To be officially declared the winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, without assistance and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Air Canada.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION: Personal information collected as part of the contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. WINNER PUBLICITY: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name, last name, and city of residence for promotional purposes related to the contest, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

10. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION CLAUSE :The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control that compromise the integrity of the contest.
