First of all, thank you for shopping at That’so Italy !
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
If it is a return due to an error of That'so Italy (the product received is damaged or if it is the wrong product received) That'so Italy will take care of 100% of the return costs and the shipment of a new product(s).
If it is a return due to the client (change of mind about the product, wrong product ordered) the client will take care of 100% of the return costs.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The product has not been opened or used
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we do accept exchanges. We will send the new product back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery and return shipping costs.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you'd like these returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right, then we will have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us in 30 days period after the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund for a damaged product.
Items on sale can't be refunded.
